Two Rivers District

The Two Rivers District of East Carolina Council proudly serves Scouting families and communities across Halifax, Edgecombe, Northampton, Wilson and Nash counties in northeastern North Carolina.

This district supports local Cub Scout Packs, Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, and Exploring Posts by providing year-round program opportunities, leader training, advancement support, and community engagement events that help youth grow into confident leaders guided by the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
