ScoutReach

ScoutReach is the East Carolina Council’s outreach initiative focused on bringing Scouting opportunities to youth who may not otherwise have access due to financial, geographic, or social barriers. The program delivers character-building experiences, leadership development, and life skills through Scouting in underserved communities across eastern North Carolina.



Through partnerships with schools, community centers, and local organizations, ScoutReach helps ensure every young person has the opportunity to benefit from Scouting’s values of teamwork, responsibility, and personal growth.
